The requirements to quallify for this license examination shall be two-years as a properly licensed journeyperson or equivalent experience and training.

The holder of this license may perform only work limited to the installation, repair, replacement, maintenance or alteration of any warm air, air conditioning and refrigeration system, including necessary piping for the conveyance of heating or cooling media and associated pumping equipment. This license does not include the installation or servicing of oil burners of any size.

The test, administered by PSI Exams, it consists of 70 questions, multiple choice with 3-hours to complete. A minimum passing score of 70% is required. The examination is OPEN BOOK.
American Contractors does not currently offer a seminar for the Connecticut D2 Limited Warm Air, A/C or Refrigeration System Journeyperson exam. We do carry all of the necessary references. Please contact us for more information.
